Kim's room

Two smaller-sized rooms available for one renter, rooms located in the back of the house, threw the kitchen, one room ‘on-top’ of another; room in the basement. It’s a nice quiet place w/out a lot of traffic. Nice location to close to City Park and East Colfax.

Kathleen lives in the front-half of the duplex…she has been a good tenant for many years, enjoys cooking and caring for her dog. She generally works 40 hours a week. It is a duplex, their is a nice hardworking tenant who, lives next door.
