Avery's room

The room is unfurnished. The bedroom is a decent size, it can fit a king sized bed. It has a spacious Jack and Jill closet. The bathroom is right inside the bedroom and both are tucked . There is a washer and dryer in the hallway. Half bath on the main floor. There is no pool or gym in the community but an outdoor grilling area.

I am a LGBTQ friendly male who is pretty easy going, I work for myself organizing events and a wholesale delivery company, I also run a nonprofit serving minority community members. I work from home most of the time but I am pretty busy with a lot of side ventures as well. I typically host people over the weekend and we are up really late listening to music etc, I host various events and parties so weekends are extremely social. I do like concerts and to travel as well. I cook somewhat often and you’re always welcome to eat what’s prepared. You can buy and store your food we normally have ample space for storage.
