In the heart of linda vista is this 3 bedroom condo. You will be living with 2 other people and a cat. The room is the second largest and runs at 925+ about 100$ for utilities. They are quiet and respectful and keep to themselves. Really great people to live with. Close to the 44 and 120 buss stops if you are a student. Close to USD and Mesa community college.
Move in date is oct 1st, ill move out in the morning you can move in the afternoon. You would sign the least that ends july of next year.

About the roomies
Nick is 36 works a lot at UCSD, so you don’t see him too often. But he’s smart and fun to talk to. Abi is 20 and works for a small dog grooming business. She is very quiet and sweet.
