Hey hope all is well with you ! 🙌 We re arranged the property set up to make it better for the tenants noise and privacy , We are in the tiny home outside now and have both rooms inside main house to keep our noise from dogs and kids away!😜 So as we live in the back on the other side of the property. The house will be super quiet all the time when you are home, Then, during the day, we will be inside to use the front room and kitchen or be in our music / art studio! We try to be in their during the day when everyone’s at work then make sure house starts getting quite around 8, Quite times are 10pm-8am, but if you and the other roomies want to be hang out or don’t care then talk to each other about the night.

One room spirit oasis has 2 beds, perfect to split or he super comfy! Be great for you and your cousin! Other room essence paradise has king size memory foam perfect for couple ! And of course the rooms are fully furnished! decked out with extra luxuries and have the kitchenettes some decorations, all the amenities, complementaries , and common areas! And you still get access to use 2nd guest house that we all share for friends family, or just a fresh night sleep ! 2 rooms for the price of 1! still come with the weekly cleaning services or unless you want to clean room weekly and 250$ security deposit , Both are 1250$ monthly! Then can go weekly , bi weekly , or do a 3/6/12 month agreement and get discounts! BEST PART IS we have a MOVE IN SPECIAL of 625$ and the 50$ cleaning fee for rest of November month and and discounted 975$ for rest of the year forb December , then start 1250$ for January after our rent raises hahah !🙈 Thank you!
