I am currently looking to rent a bedroom in my three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo. The room is spacious and has a large closet. I also have additional store space as needed! I also have a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use. The condo is in a gated community. The neighbors are very friendly, respectful, and welcoming. The condo is in a safe and overall quiet neighborhood. The condo is located near the 110 and 405 freeways and Harbor-UCLA hospital.

I am a 31 year old, hispanic, single female, I am a children’s social worker, and I have a 2 year old female pit bull/lab mix named Rowena, she is a sweet girl after she gets used to you. I live alone at this time. I am a very friendly person, love watching movies, love Harry Potter! I love going to concerts, the gym, and hanging out with friends.
