I’m looking for a roommate for my 2bd 2ba in West Hollywood area, walking distance from Runyon Canyon.

Central AC, high ceiling, recessed lighting, view, gated parking, pool, jacuzzi, sauna, laundry on site, unit is also rent controlled.

Apartment is $3125. I pay $1600 for master bedroom. Roommate pays $1525. Electricity & WiFi not included (Approx. $100 per person). Common areas mostly furnished. Your room will be unfurnished. Month-to-Month lease. Available on 8/1. Move in date flexible but preferably ASAP.

Will be added on the lease, must have a minimum credit score of 640 if signing without a co-signer & a minimum score of 580 if signing with a co-signer.

Must be queer friendly, clean, organized, & good w/ money.

I’m a 30 yo professional working in Casting for reality TV. I have a remote work arrangement so I’m mostly home on weekdays unless I’m traveling. I’m chill, clean & organized and I expect you to be the same!
