My property is a 2400sqft 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. My home is located on a not through street, with no rear neighbors. The home sits on 10,000 sqft, and backs up to the San Pablo Bay. Plenty of street parking, laundry room, fruit trees, plenty of space to garden, easy access to Hwy 4, Hwy 80, San Pablo to Richmond San Rafael Bridge, or you can walk to bus lines in about 10-15 minutes. The El Cerrito Bart Station is 7 miles away. Plenty of parks and hiking paths nearby for folks who like the outdoors. The area is a very quiet, very family-oriented neighborhood.

I will have one room available. The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and tv. There are 1.5 bathrooms available for you and my family member I have residing in my home. There’s a full bathroom closest to the front of the house, and a half-bathroom near the furnished room.

Application fee required. Single-occupancy only. No smoking allowed. Overnight guests are prohibited. No fur babies, sorry. Month-to-month renters only, please and thank you. Deposit will be required with first month’s rent upon move-in day.

We are a family home. I and my partner reside here with an occasionally staying brother. I mainly wfh for a non-profit. We are very friendly, but respect people’s privacy. We are vaccinated and follow any guidelines regarding masking and distancing. We are a no shoes home and always sanitize or wash our hands as soon as we’re inside. We also do have a family dog that visits us sometimes during the year. He mostly hangs out in our rooms or the living room. However, it is important to us that any possible roommates have had good relationships with pets, especially dogs and cats.

I am seeking only women renters who are mature (35-50). We are hoping you are kind, communicates well, quiet, friendly, social without any drama, and likes to chat with other roommates but also respects boundaries and privacy. You must be a tenant who prefers a clean home as we follow strict household cleaning rules, which include out door spaces.
