Alyssa's room

I am offering a private room in a 3-bedroom and 2-bathroom house. There is a large dining room and a large backyard, great for container gardening as well as a converted bedroom in the house to use if you need additional storage. You will have your own bathroom, but please note that any guests who visit the house will use that bathroom. Guests and overnight guests are welcome, just keep it respectful and quiet at night. The bedroom currently has a twin bed, which can be removed if you don’t want it. Additionally, the room features a large window and a medium-sized closet. The house has internet, a printer, and in-unit laundry. I will take care of utilities such as garbage, water, and PG&E. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet, with friendly neighbors who mostly keep to themselves. There is ample street parking on the court, although it can be slightly busy in the mornings and afternoons during the week due to the nearby elementary school. The house is conveniently located near several parks, DeAnza College, Target, Cupertino Main Street, Safeway, as well as the 280 freeway. San Jose State University is also conveniently close, only a 15-minute drive away.

Hi there! My name is Alyssa and I’m a 24-year-old student at San Jose State University. I’m currently studying environmental science and living with just my 11-month-old border collie mix, Ozzy. He’s very friendly and loves to play with humans and other dogs, so another dog is not a problem, but I’m not sure how he’ll do with cats. I’m hoping to find a female housemate who is also a student or around my age. I enjoy spending my free time watching TV with Ozzy, trying new foods, gardening, and hiking. I love plants and animals, (I have a large plant collection!) and can be either talkative or keep to myself - whatever you prefer!
