About the room
Looking for a third person to move into a newly renovated house with my co-worker & I. There are 3 separate bedrooms within the residence. Renovations were completed in September of 2022. Move in date for a third occupant is April 1st of 2024. Full bathroom will be shared between 2 people total. Large living room and kitchen will be shared between 3 people total. Lots of closets and storage space, Central Heat/AC, on-site washer/dryer, driveway parking, 360° security camera coverage, fingerprint/passcode door access. Electric, Gas & Internet bill to be split between the 3 occupants. Seeking a person of good character; responsible and CLEAN is a must. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!
About the roomies
