Hardwood floors throughout the house. Your room can fit a king size bed, and has 2 windows. All utilities are included (hear, electricity and WiFi). Month to month lease so stay as long you need to. This is a quiet neighborhood and we know our neighbors. There is a dishwasher. Free washer and dryer in the basement. The lease will be month to month. NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING. NO COUPLES.
