Private Casita with private entrance. The casita is fully furnished with TV. Private restroom and shower. Small refrigerator included. The casita is not attainable by main house. Casita does not have a kitchen. So it’s perfect for someone that does not like to cook. The casita has access to pool. Utility bills and internet bills are not included. ( electricity, water, internet). The casita is only a block away from community gym. The casita is also three blocks from Old Town La Quinta ( restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shop and boutiques.) It’s the ideal living space for a single adult with no pets. That is quiet and reserved living space , ideal for someone who appreciates a clean and quiet environment. Please no drugs, no alcohol and no cannabis. Absolutely no pets.

The main house is occupied by two male sober adults that are quiet and respectful. And a furry, friendly four legged friend 🐕
