Furnished 2 bdrm/2 bath apt to share in new Liberty Station apts in Walpole, MA. W&D in unit and building has a fitness center, lounge and grill area. Parking is street parking but we’re less than a block from Walpole commuter rail station. Utility costs will be split by both of us. Rent can be adjusted if you only need a place to stay on weekdays.

I’m 58 years old, work full-time and have been in the apt for about a year. This was my daughter’s room before she left for college. I’m looking for a quiet, clean, conscientious, easy going roommate to share this furnished apt. There is no smoking allowed-per building rules and while friends visiting are always welcome, parties are not since I’m not a drinker.
