his a 3/2 newly constructed duplex. Fully furnished equip with cable, Wi-Fi, 35“smart Tv in your room. The shared area includes a fully equipped kitchen, fully furnished living room with a 70“ smart TV, dining area, and a patio for relaxation. This unit was designed for travels away from home, to give a home away from home feel. The house sits in the cul-de-sac of the neighborhood, with an added peaceful ambience. The community includes a pool, gym and recreational center, for an add cost.

Each room can have up to one guest occupying the residence with a total of 3 adults living in the unit at a time, unless prior approval. A background check and application will be required for all guest staying in the unit. If a guest is uncomfortable with the unit having males or females at the same time, this can be discussed. I will like all of my guest to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in this unit at this time.
