Large, 3850 sq ft home in a quiet, upscale neighborhood. Large lot with pool/spa, outdoor bbq and seating areas. The furnished room is 11x14 and has lots of natural light. The jack and jill bathroom is shared with one quiet and clean tenant.
The house is occupied by myself and (usually) 5 tenants. You would never know it. We are a mature household and everyone is respectful, quiet and friendly. The kitchen is not heavily used so if you love to cook you’ll have plenty of space in which to do it. We have one easy going cat on the premisis. Sorry, no new pets.
