The room is repainted and is to the back of the house. All privacy that you need. Has a back door entry also. There is very little traffic, and is located on a lake. Fishing is available and can use my boat.
About the roomies
I am 90 and still get around by myself. There is no one else living with me. I just need help with the yard. I have a riding mower to use. M grandson and his family moved since they bought a home.
