This guest Bedroom and private bathroom (inside the room) available in a 2 bedroom condo. Pool and nice neighborhood to go for a walk/run around. This is a quiet community, many seniors live in the complex surrounded by a few elementary schools. The bedroom is not furnished, however, the living room is fully furnished. (decor can be changed if you wish) Looking for a female renter to cohabitate with current male occupant.

I am a California Native who had to relocate back to the West Coast for work and not quite ready to sell my property so I am looking for someone who will maintain my home.
