Casey's room

Hello, my girlfriend and I have a spare room in our apartment. It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath. The apartment complex is quiet and clean(a mile east from American river College. We ourselves are very clean and except the same from any new roomates. The surrounding area is very big on community. Lots of shops big and small shops nerby.

Currently it is just the 2 of us here. We’re both very happy clean and considerate individuals. We don’t smoke. We do drink on rare occasions. We’re looking for someone who also is clean caring and has positive energy.
