Hello! I am looking for a responsible roommate to share this 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with me & one roommate in Newcastle. Portable A/C in each bedroom. This 2000+ sq ft house has a living room, dining room and an extra bonus/exercise room with a fireplace. It has a fenced backyard and outdoor seating area. The laundry is downstairs near the garage along with a ½ bath. There is a 4th bedroom that serves as an office of sorts with room to add more furniture if desired. It’s perfect for a WFH situation or study. The location: Home is in a nice quiet neighborhood with Olympic Mountain view and a short walking distance to a park and nature trails. The subdivision entrance is a few yards from a bus stop, 4 miles from Factoria Blvd/Bellevue and easy access to I 405, I￾90 and nearby shopping centers on Coal Creek Pkwy. The rooms: The rooms are unfurnished, 11.5 ft x 10.5 ft, and each have their own closet, and one window, one with a large sunny east facing window, and one with a South facing window and shared roomy bathroom. Me: I am a female renter who has lived here 5 years, same landlord, and am looking to share a 1 yr lease with 2 roommates who are working professionals also. I work 10 hr days, M-F, most days until 11pm and am pretty quiet. I’m up to date with Covid Vaccines Pets: I have a very sweet and goofy 35lb female Bernadoodle, who sheds minimally,is well mannered, and house trained. She has a dog door and timer/activated feeder for when I’m not home (also a crate when needed). I would be open to another well mannered dog upon meeting them. I am only looking for roommates who enjoy dogs as she is a family member who is free to roam the shared spaces. You: Looking for two mature people who like a clean (not OCD clean, lol), organized shared spaces and are willing to pitch in and be considerate of others. No smoking or drugs. The cost: The room is $11000 which includes utilities. Included: *I pay for internet, lawn care, and offer shared use of Amazon prime movies and channel subscriptions, as well as Netflix, Paramount+/Showtime, Hulu, Discovery+, Disney. *There is a 65in LG 4K in the Living Room and another in my bedroom (with an armchair). When I’m not home or using it, roommates may watch the other TV in my room or use the garden tub or shower (if both roommates are trying to get ready at the same time). *There is one garage spot (I park at the curb). This can be rotated/shared between 2 roommates. There is also some storage space available in the garage for a few personal boxes/etc. *Landord is purchasing a second refrigerator for the garage to add plenty of space for 3 people to cohabit.
