About the room
We currently have two rooms and a private bathroom available in our finished basement. One is fully furnished with a queen bed, dresser, and 65 inch TV. The other room is unfurnished. Both rooms are sizeable and have walk-in closets.
The house was built in 2022. It has state of the art kitchen amenities, a large yard, and fireplace. The house is conveniently located near grocery stores, shopping, and entertainment. We are 5 minutes from Peterson SFB, 15 minutes from Schriever SFB, 25 minutes from USAFA, and 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.
