Bedroom for rent! My 2 roommates and I are looking for another roommate to live in our 4 bedroom house. The room is freshly painted, with new bedsheets. We live 3 miles from Lakeland Square Mall, 2.5 miles from downtown Lakeland, 1.5 miles from Lakeland Regional Hospital, and within minutes of many restaurants, shops, schools, and 1 hour from Orlando, and 40 minutes from Tampa.

House Amenities: Spacious kitchen with many appliances (air fryer, instant pot, bread maker, and more). Washer & dryer, shared living room, shared bathroom with a shower tub, full house access, fast reliable internet, huge spacious backyard, and free parking.

Room Amenities: Desk, Additional storage, Chair, Full-size dresser, Full size bed, 43-inch TV, and utilities are included.

Our Ideal Roommate: Non-Smoker, Drug-Free, Friendly/ Nice, Must Be Employed, Respectful, And Responsible

Move-In Requirements: Pass a $40 background check, employed, first-month rent and a $300 security deposit required to move in.
