I have a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment in Sherman Oaks. I’m searching for someone to move in by October 1st.

The available room is upstairs, and you’ll have your own bathroom located downstairs. The apartment has a split-level layout, with the living space and kitchen downstairs, and the bedrooms upstairs. We’ve got two convenient side-by-side parking spots in the gated garage.

While I’m primarily looking for a female roommate, I’m open to the possibility of a male roommate as well.

It’s a month-to-month arrangement, and a 60-day (courtesy notice) is required if you plan to move out. Utilities will be split evenly each month.
The apartment is located in Sherman Oaks, conveniently near Pavilions and just a few blocks away from the bustling Ventura Blvd, offering plenty of restaurant options, yoga studios, coffeeshops, shopping, ect.

As an actress, I occasionally do self-tape auditions, so I hope you’re comfortable with my self-tape equipment set up. I’m more than willing to rearrange the apartment to ensure you feel right at home and welcomed into the space.

I work part-time (sometimes from home) and also outside of the home. I wake up early for my Orange Theory Workouts! I work on my writing during the week and on the weekends. I love a good montra and meditation and I try to focus on the positive 😊

I assure you, I’m respectful and kind, and we both take responsibility for cleaning up after ourselves.
