I have a 3BR 2BA rancher in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen and living room are nice size. I am looking to rent one room out. There is plenty of parking. I’m looking for a female that is kind and down to earth as my 2dogs will be in the house and I want someone I can trust. I’m pretty laid back and I’m hoping you will be too. Safe neighborhood with a park within walking distance, 1 minute from the highway.

It’s me and my two dogs. They are very sweet with people and love cuddles. I’m pretty laid back and will occasionally have a movie night with friends. Other than that, the house is pretty quiet.
