Second floor apartment in a 4 unit building. Very quiet street and neighborhood. The apartment has a designated parking space but there is always a lot of parking available right in front. Convenient and central location to many great places in San Jose.

Rent is $1150. Additional expenses are internet (56.40), PG&E (60), and house cleaning (125). Split between us, your portion would be about 120.70 a month.

Within a 10 minute drive - Rose Garden, Japantown, San Pedro Square, SJC Airport, Santana Row, Valley Fair, San Jose Market Center (Trader Joes, Sprouts, Target, and more!), 880 and 87 freeway.

Hello! My name is Nancy and I am a 30-something year old woman working in the biotech industry as an executive assistant. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with friends and family in the area, baking, or doing any of my thousands of hobbies. I also occasionally dog sit for close friends whenever they travel, so someone who is dog-friendly would be a good fit. I’ve really leaned into having the apartment be a space to recharge from the world. I like to keep things quiet, friendly, and clean.
