• The house is located about 5 minutes away from HEB PLUS (1.4 mi), Walmart (1.9 mi), Santikos Entertaiment Cibolo(2.1 mi) and 25 minutes from San Antonio Downtown (21 mi).
• There is available parking space.
• The neighborhood is safe and quiet.
• The house has a water softener, water filter, robot pool cleaner, smart locks, outdoor security cameras and indoor pet cameras.

• A desk, offering the perfect workspace.

• Full size bed.
• Shared bathroom featuring a vanity area, to be exclusively shared with another future roommate.

• Deposit is refundable at the of the lease as long as there are no damages.

We’re a married couple in our 30s. We have three indoor cats who are like our children; they are very independent and spend most of their time in our room. Josh has a full time job. I’m a student with a part-time job. We’re laid-back, quiet, introverted, respectful, friendly and kind. Currently, we are looking for a roommate who is respectful, responsible, clean and tidy.
