STATUS OF PROPERTY
AVAILABLE 9/1/2023. The status of the room may be subject to change on a daily basis. We have lots of activity and we may be already processing an application, accepting an application or drafting a lease. Our policy is until there is a lease executed by both the landlord and a new tenant, we will continue to advertise and show the unit for rent. Application fees will not be refunded if you are not selected as the tenant of the apartment.
APPLICATION PROCESS
We will need the email addresses of all the adult applicants in order to process the online application. We accept TransUnion MySmartMove Online Applications, which will charge a non-refundable fee. This charge will cover each adult applicant’s credit history, criminal background check and eviction history report. We do not accept any reports from other sources. Also, please email us:
