We’re looking for a roommate to move in October 1st! The apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom (you’d have your own room and bathroom). Located right off highway 89 in South Ogden. Lots of food and shopping around aswell. Parking is unfortunately first come first served inside the complex but there’s tons of parking on the street as well as the other side of the complex. Rent is $595 a month not including utilities (utilities are at most 40$each ).internet is also included in the $595 a month. My names Autumn and my Boyfriends name is JJ! We also have a dog named blossom and two cats Luna and Target. Unfortunately we can’t allow anymore animals in the apartment due to our lease only allowing a certain amount. We’re very cannabis friendly we just ask it only to be dab inside of the apartment. We love horror movies, videogames, and art. We normally keep to ourselves most days and aren’t home until later in the evening during the week because of work. We’re very tidy and respectful people. We have a space in pantry and fridge for food (if you need more space we’re more than happy to make more room!) We have pots, pans, dishes, and utensils that you’re more than welcome to use but we also have tons of room if you have your own! Washer and Dryer is also available inside the apartment. We do have a couple of house “rules” we just ask you to clean up after yourself and to be respectful of other people’s stuff. Please message me if interested!
