West Ann Taylor Street

The townhouse is a 2 story, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. The two rooms upstairs are occupied by me and my daughter. The room for rent is downstairs and has a full bathroom right by it but it is shower only, no tub. You will share use of the kitchen (fridge, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, etc) and can share space of the living area downstairs with the TV. The townhouse is close to shopping, food establishments, etc. It’s located on McMillan and Linder Area. There is a community pool/gym in the townhouse complex. Neighbors are very friendly, no issues, very quiet place to live. I have a cat but unfortunately I will not be able to rent to anyone with pets.

I am a 53 yr old single female. I work full time and do a part time job as well but hoping to be able to have my evenings and weekends free up soon. I have an 18 year old daughter who lives with me as well.
