Javari's room

The property Is owned by my landlord who is a super chill guy from Norcal, there aren’t really any strict rules, we just are mindful and respectful of one another, smoking is allowed, overnight guest are allowed, and small dogs and cats(so long as they stay in your room mostly). Pretty much just wash your dishes, clean your own messes, and clean the house(sweep or mop or etc). There is a beautiful backyard maintained by a gardener, utilities are about 80$ - 150$ monthly, and there is a 400$ deposit, we rent mostly on a month to month basis. Right by the bus stop that takes u right to chaffey campus too. The room is currently unfurnished, but there is a queen size bed that it may be furnished with.

I am a student and host at a restaurant, one roommate is a single mother(has kid half the week), and one roommate is also a restaurant worker.
