I am look for a roommate starting 11/14/2023. My roommate is moving out and I will need someone to take his place. You would also get the master bedroom as seen in the floor plan. I also have a dog who is very friendly and house trained. The total rent is $2,311.00 for 12 months. We would split, which would come out to $1,155.50 per person.
