WHAT ARE YOUR REQUIREMENTS? No evictions or criminal history. Income requirements range from 2-3 times the monthly rent with verifiable Proof of income (ex. paystubs) necessary. Credit and Criminal Background check is included .

WHAT’S THE APPLICATION FEE? The Application fee is $50

ARE COUPLES ALLOWED? Unfortunately we cannot accommodate couples.
