Green Street

I am moving out of my spacious, perfectly-located apartment in Fairmount, right on the corner of 20th and Green. The apartment entrance is on the ground level, with a bedroom, bathroom, and loft/office space. The living room and kitchen are in the basement. The rooms are all large/spacious, and the kitchen has a lot of counter top space. The apartment comes unfurnished. There is an in-unit washer/dryer, it’s good quality, I’ve never had an issue with it. The rental agency is Altman, I’ve never had issues with them either, the building is regularly maintained and they respond quickly to maintenance requests. Aside from rent you’d need to pay water and electricity bills, and internet, these all typically come to $100 total / months. Please get in touch with me to organize a viewing. Ideally I’d like someone to take over the apartment starting September 15th, however, I need to be out by the end of September, so the latest move in date would be either September 30th or October 1st. You will need to apply for the apartment through the rental agency website, if you’re interested we can discuss the process.

This is a one-bedroom apartment, so there are no roomies, and now I have to keep typing to make sure I exceed the character limit in this field, very strange :)
