I have three rooms for rent. Two are relatively large with a large walk in closets. One of the two large rooms has a private bathroom with a vanity. The other large room shares a Hollywood style bathroom with a smaller room. The smaller room has private access to the shared bathroom, the larger has hallway access to the shared bathroom. (The room pictures are of the smaller room.)

It is a very attractive 4,700 sqft. house with a lake view in the back and a large backyard. There is a 3D - 4k theater room with a 16’ screen that seats 12 that you will have access to. The theater room comes with Apple TV, Fire TV, and an Xbox. There is also a bar and game room area outside the theater room with a drinks fridge, microwave for popcorn, sink, and a combination pool table and air hockey.

You will also have access to the exercise room; which contains a multi-gym and a treadmill along with a TV and a small fridge for water. There is a large, well-appointed kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso machine, dual zone wine fridge, and a pantry. For people who love to cook, it’s pretty close to a dream kitchen. You’ll also have access to the grill in the backyard, a sous-vide machine and an electric smoker. Basically, you can use any of the kitchen appliances as long as you can show me you’ll take care of them.

There two community pools that you will have access to as long as you are staying for six months or more.

There’s a dining room that seats up to 10 and a two-story living room with a fireplace and a large TV with surround sound. And, for people who are renting for a year or more we can even discuss some garage space if you need it.

I have two small dogs and it is very, very, VERY important that whomever moves in is responsible with the dogs. If they get out, they will run away. There is a side-entrance that you can enter and leave without worrying about the dogs getting out. Any roommates will have to be diligent about keeping the dogs in, putting them outside or in my room when guests come over, and making sure guests don’t let the dogs out. I am open to dogs or cats as long as they are safe around my dogs.

There is also a study and a small room that could be turned into an office. If you work from home and are staying for a year or more, we can negotiate an additional fee for usage of one or the other if you like.

Utilities can be included, or not, depending on how you would like to organize things. The bedroom could be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.

I also have someone who can provide cleaning services for the house and/or your room if we decide to pay for that
