BENJAMIN's room

Nice big house situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, safe neighborhood. You get access to the entire house except the master bedroom/bath (where I sleep). Includes a bedroom with full-size bed, private bathroom, full kitchen, W/D, wifi, off-street parking, patio, and fenced-in yard. Community swimming pool open in summer. Dogs okay if housebroken, well-behaved, and quiet. I do throw parties so keep that in mind. No cable, but there is a big screen TV that you can connect a laptop/phone to and watch from your YouTubeTV/Hulu/Sling/Netflix account.

I live alone. Retired. Work out a lot and also party a lot. The neighborhood is friendly and there are quite a few social events.
