A sunny, mid-sized bedroom with gorgeous views from every window. Private full bath connected to the room making it an ensuite. Fully Furnished. Including kettle and coffee / tea set up in room. You stock if wanted but present if desired! Convenient driveway parking. The communal areas include the large sunny kitchen, dining room, the living room, and laundry room / machine. Storage space is very limited. Shed out back can hood a tub or two. Your room has a nice clothing rack and baskets for storage. There’s also an ikea console with more storage.

The house is shared with only one other person - me. I’m an artist in my forties with a career in design. When I’m not in my home office (which can tend to be the porch / sitting bay outside), I’m usually at my other job, working on various projects in event management.

I mostly keep to myself but I’m super friendly and enjoy the occasional shared meal in the evenings.

Privacy, respect, honesty and a non-judgmental environmental vibe needed.

BONUS for artists and movie people! I have a small haven in the backyard including a sitting bay, fire pit, deck, garden, shed and animal area. I love movies and have a gorgeous tv set up with gas fire place - perfect for winter binges.

I mostly on the “opposite” corner of the home. There’s plenty of privacy and almost feels like two separate apartments of both tenants are respectful. There are two friendly cats on premise. If you don’t like cats, this isn’t your house.
