Private Room for rent in 2 bed 1 bath apartment located on the 3rd floor in Montclair NJ. Students and working individuals in their 20’s and 30’s are most welcomed.

Gas, Electric, Hot Water(Part of Gas bill) and Internet will be additional to the rental cost (should be as low as an additional $100). New Roommate will be subjected to background check by the owner (Owner’s request).

There are currently no pictures of the apartment as the previous tenant has not moved out yet, but I have seen the place and it looks really good. The Owner plans to have the place cleaned out by mid of September, but feel free to text me if you would like the Owner to schedule an apartment viewing anytime soon, I am sure he will be more than happy to do that for us.

Quiet and safe area (opposite a community park and fire department which makes the area very safe), walking distance to Bay Street Train Station and Glen Ridge Train Station (apartment is equidistant to both stations). 20 min DIRECT train commute to Montclair State University and 48 min DIRECT train commute to New York Pennsylvania Station. Laundry is located on the next block. Apartment is located right opposite a beautiful Glenfield Community Park. Many good restaurants on Bloomfield Avenue, groceries like Whole Foods are very close by.

I am a 27 year old working individual looking to find a clean and respectful roommate. I work from home most times of the week so I will be in my room for most days, yet I am open to socialize when I can.
