I am looking for a roommate to share a condo space. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a 2-car garage attached, a patio (beautiful and quiet), stainless steel appliances, den, and spacious living space.

There is no laundry in the condo (washer/dryer can be rented at $/month). The bedroom is currently used as an office and miscellaneous stuff. The bedroom is feet by feet with a nice size window and closet. The complex is one of the high-end rental units in Cuyahoga Falls. It is very quiet and peaceful.

I’m asking $950 rent (bills not included) for months.

Looking for someone who is professional, responsible, clean, and respectful.
