Cute 4 bedroom, 2 bath house in Waterford on dead end street but quick access to major roads and highways, close to Conn College, EB etc. Shared space includes kitchen, bathroom, dining room, living room w fireplace, basement with washer dryer, back deck w Blackstone grill, screened in porch, yard with hammock.

Vibe in the home is laid back and considerate. We get along well but have boundaries that allow us to be respectful of each other’s lives/privacy. No hangups or attachments to how folks identify or any interest in political affiliations/disputes. If cannabis use is kept to yourself, no issues. One roommate is first responder that does long shifts the other is a waitress/server. There is a nice cat here. Please don’t apply if cigarette smoker or feel the need to be intoxicated often or host loud gatherings.
