You can rent all 3 rooms (group students) or single room. With off-street parking. Rent fee: $700-$1,000 including all utilities and internet.

We are Asian family with 2 sons at middle school and high school. My husband works in educational field. I run a small business of decorative lamps. We are friendly and respectful.
