Right in the center of everything, yet tucked away on a street of its own, this house has everything to offer. With a sizeable backyard and fire pit, our new build house has plenty of space for activities! The kitchen is amazing, with a modern day digital stove, beautiful countertops, a large sink and much more. The room is larger than average, it’s up a beautiful staircase. The closet size is large. The shared bathroom has two sinks and two mirrors, and a long tub for soaking, shaving, etc.

Hiya, we are in search of a 4th roommate! My name is Kenzie, I’m 25, and I’m an aspiring cosmetologist for movie and films. I work as a bartender/server and I also do event makeup for a salon here in Wilmington (Am always willing to do your hair and makeup ☺️) I own a kitty, his name is Nemo (he’s still in the kitten phase) he is very social and loving, may sit on your lap here and there for cuddles. There’s Mikayla, 30, who is currently going to school for interior design and also bartends on the side. She is away most of the time but enjoys cooking in her free time and watching a good movie. In June, we will have another Mikayla (same spelling too, lol) she’s 27, who bartends and serves. She is already friends with both myself and Mikayla so we are excited to add her to the house. New to Wilmington, she enjoys going out on weekends, hanging out with coworkers in her free time- and is excited to meet new people.
