Matt's room

This home is a nice brick rancher situated on two lot with plenty of parking and yard space for privacy. It also has a fenced in backyard and all the utilities are included. Washer dryer, dishwasher, etc. bedroom is small but very private. It has two windows and bamboo hardwood floors.

I have a roommate at the current time, but the room will be vacant September 1. I am looking for someone who is very responsible and can always be on time with the rent each month.
