2 private rooms and a private bathroom in a Shared 6 bedroom 2 bath house in the West end. We are two females looking for One female to join us. One block to the beach and near all. Street parking on a wide block. All utilities are shared 3 ways.

We are 2 clean respectful females. Non smokers, no parties and no pets. Must have proof of income. Utilities are split 3 ways. 6-12 month stay.
