Welcome to Snow Breeze Ct. Our 4 bedroom/3 bath home is warm, open, and bright. The upstairs bedroom is fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, dresser, closet, window coverings, surge protectorr power strips, laundry basket, garbage can and a locking door for privacy. The bathroom is shared with one other person and each has their own sink and cabinet for personal storage. Shared bathroom offers a shower tub combo, ample amount of storage, towels. Downstairs there is a washer, dryer, kitchen, family room with fireplace and cozy parlor. Vaulted ceilings and copious windows give the space plenty of light and a sense of openness. There is a spacious backyard with a grill, a garden and ample shade on warm days. Utilities (Roseville Electric) and costs of cleaning supplies are evenly split among roommates.

Safe and quiet neighborhood with good neighbors. Close to highways 65 and 80. Within less than 15 minutes of local Sutter and Kaiser hospitals. Parks and trails, Nugget Market, Safeway, 24 hour fitness, and La Provence restaurant are in the neighborhood. Also close to TopGolf, the Galleria Mall, The Fountains, Movie Theaters, William Jessup, and Sierra College. Further out are Apple Hill (50 minute drive) Lake Tahoe (1 ½ hour drive), San Francisco/Bay Area (2 hour drive) , Napa Valley (1 ½ hour drive), Local wineries (within ½ hour drive), Old Town/Downtown Sacramento (30 minutes), and Folsom Lake (20 minutes) Home is clean, orderly, and friendly. Roommates are encouraged to have fun and enjoy living together in a shared space. Looking for a renter who is responsible, respectful, courteous, employed, clean, and trustworthy.

No drama. Utilities (Roseville Electric) are evenly split among roommates. No overnight guests, no smoking in the house, no drugs or marijuana. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Household chores and duties are evenly divided. Minimalist living. Common areas are kept clean and clutter-free (Immediately put away personal belongings). Clean up immediately after cooking and eating and wipe counters. No dishes left out or in the sink. Keep surfaces clean and sanitized. Do not leave clothes in the washer and dryer. Share common areas fairly, equally, and courteously. Use discretion with the TV and avoid divisive topics.

There is no extra storage space in the garage so belongings must fit in the room, bathroom cabinets, and kitchen cabinets, which are evenly divided among roommates.

One person is allowed per room. No couples. No overnight guests except on rare occasions. Parking is available either in the driveway or on the street. No parking in front of neighbor’s homes. One pet is allowed (a cat or a small dog) and must be approved.
