44 female, works from home. Needs quiet roomie until 8pm, Mon-fri. No drinking, smoking outside, responsible for own food, cleaning common areas on a schedule if needed. Neighbors are great, has a small back yard shared by 3 units. We plant a garden. I’m very laid back, not a judgemental person, private landlord will have to approve you. Street parking. Close to shopping! No pets, I have a service cat, she’s kind of a snob, and very furry, so if you don’t like pet hair, sorry, she is roomie #1 ; )
