About the roomies

I am looking for someone to take over the remaining of my lease. Preferably a female. The lease started July 27th and is a 13 month agreement. It will be available for move in as of Oct. 1st but willing to make it available sooner if needed. I will pay for the application/move-in fees as the only requirements are no past evictions, bankruptcies, no bad rental history, and an income of at least $2,000+/month (income is flexible). There are three other female occupants currently in the home (ages 23-25) whom all are very friendly, welcoming, and busy individuals. One of the ladies loves to cook, go to the gym, and have movie nights. The other two love to read and go out with friends on the weekends. Everyone works M-F and are usually very quiet, respectful, and kept to themselves but also loves to have girls night. There are three assistance animals on the lease (1 dog and 2 cats) who get along well with other pets! They are very well behaved and get along with my dogs.
