This home is a brand new home in the Eastmark Community! It is a new 2022 construction, 4 bedrooms / 3.5 bathrooms / 2,204 sqft, spacious 2.5 car garage, loft space, vinyl plank flooring and carpet, granite countertops, upgraded gourmet appliances upgraded washer/dryer, and a upgraded turf/paver backyard. The community includes ‘The Mark,’ a resident-only community center featuring shuffle board, see ball, foos ball, pool tables, a giant scrabble wall, a toddler play area and cozy spots for lounging with a community pool, splash pads, 18 hole disc golf, and a skate park. The pictures shown are the original pictures before the home was renovated with new appliances. The bedroom/bathroom that will be available is the second master and the only bedroom downstairs with three big windows and an amazing view. The other bedrooms/bathrooms and laundry room are upstairs. The home is located within a couple of minutes of a fire station, and near all the essential stores, restaurants, plus some. The layout of this home and the surrounding area are absolutely perfect and feels very safe, comfortable, and cozy.

I am looking for someone to take over the remaining of my lease. Preferably a female. The lease started July 27th and is a 13 month agreement. It will be available for move in as of Oct. 1st but willing to make it available sooner if needed. I will pay for the application/move-in fees as the only requirements are no past evictions, bankruptcies, no bad rental history, and an income of at least $2,000+/month (income is flexible). There are three other female occupants currently in the home (ages 23-25) whom all are very friendly, welcoming, and busy individuals. One of the ladies loves to cook, go to the gym, and have movie nights. The other two love to read and go out with friends on the weekends. Everyone works M-F and are usually very quiet, respectful, and kept to themselves but also loves to have girls night. There are three assistance animals on the lease (1 dog and 2 cats) who get along well with other pets! They are very well behaved and get along with my dogs.
