3 bed 1 bath home with 2 rooms for rent. Lease until December 20th. 10 minutes to downtown and midtown Savannah, 25 minutes to the Tybee and the south side of Savannah. The larger room is for $1,150 and a smaller bedroom for $900. Currently occupied by 1 person and a dog. Dogs are ok, cats are not. Dogs require a non refundable pet deposit. I have a backyard and garage space available for storage or doing projects. Current occupant is an accountant who works from home two afternoons a week.
