2 Bedrooms for rent in a 3-bedroom, 2 ½ -bath townhome located in northeast Lynnwood.

Must be willing to sign an initial six month lease starting as soon as October 1st, with the potential for re-signing at the end of the lease.

About the Rooms: There are 2 rooms available : Room number one is located on the ground level, with an in-suit private half-bathroom, with direct access from the bedroom, creating more privacy. This bedroom is well lit, has hardwood floors, and can come fully furnished. It is larger in size. Room number two is located on the third floor. It is adjacent to a private bathroom and shower. The bedroom has a large closet, is very well lit, is carpeted and is also fully furnished. It sits next to the balcony with views of trees and open sky. Everything in both bedrooms are in great condition, each room works well (WiFi, outlets, etc).

The Location : We live in north east Lynnwood, meaning just a half block (literally) from the mill creek line and a block and a half from the Bothell line. We are also located just mere steps away from beautiful Martha Lake. It’s a safe and wonderful neighborhood that has easy, central access to I-5, I-405, Mill Creek, Lynnwood, Bothell/Woodinville and Seattle — by car or public transportation. If you commute to Seattle (like us) there is also an awesome bus line which runs to and from downtown Seattle. If you study at any of the surrounding Colleges or Universities, there are bus lines that would take you to any in the area (and soon-ish, the sound transit lynnwood station). This is a quiet residential neighborhood with respectful neighbors, great views and central to many local shops and amenities.

Your roommates are a recent married couple sharing one of the three bedrooms.

Eric: A sports fanatic who grew up in Pittsburgh Pa, and moved to the Bay Area from NYC before moving here right before C-19. A producer during the day, Eric has also returned to school to complete his masters degree. He likes the ease of travel into the city (though he works from home most days), is laid back, enjoys the amazing views, and neighborhood. During down time, he likes being outdoors, attending and participating in sporting events, or playing board games.

Hasti: An Urban Designer/Landscape Architect who works in downtown Seattle most days (also works from home one or two days a week.) She attended UC Berkeley where she received her masters in urban design. .Hasti was born in Tehran, Iran, lived and studied in Australia and Canada and has traveled around the world. She is also laid back, adventurous, enjoys cooking and the outdoors. You will mostly find this couple working long hours, catching a show or just chilling. You: You’re courteous, chill, clean, fun, respectful. You’re someone who gets along with us, who helps out around the house, and enjoys the occasional house get-together.

Eric and Hasti met while living and working in the Bay Area and relocated to Seattle in late 2019.

About You : You are a respectful, young professional or student individual ( preferably female), that is looking for a convenient, clean, peaceful home and environment. How it works : Rent is $1150.00 per room and we split utilities (electric/gas and water) evenly. Internet/cable, trash/recycling, and any streaming services that we currently have are included and available to you. First months rent and deposit are required. Depending on credit, first and last month, plus deposit may be required in certain situations. The lease requires a copy of driver’s license or ID and work pays-tubs for the last 2-3 months. The application fee is $50 that goes to the property management and includes credit and background check. Our landlord does not allow couples to cohabit the room and requires a credit/background check, along with current proof of income and employment.
