I have a 2br ground floor apartment and I am renting out the smaller unfurnished bedroom. The apartment complex is conveniently located steps away from shopping areas and only a 10min drive to Rye beach / downtown Portsmouth. It’s in a safe and quiet neighborhood! You’ll love it here.

During my free time I enjoy doing outdoor activities (chasing waterfalls, hiking etc), traveling overseas, listening to live music, trying out new restaurants in the area ( I’m a huge foodie). I rarely cook though! 🫢 I consider myself an ambivert. I enjoy hanging out with family and friends as much as I enjoy alone time! Looking for a roommate with either a similar personality type or someone who gets my ambivert vibe!
My ideal roomie would be someone who is clean, considerate and respectful!
