2 rooms for rent in a 3 bedroom townhome, available October 1st. Each room is approximately 9 x 10 with closet, shared bathroom with one other housemate. (unless you are interested in both rooms than it would be private bath)

Proof of income, background check required. If approved, $500 (per room) deposit and last month’s rent required prior to move-in date.

Utilities are split between the three housemates: Power (from approx. $150 in winter to $75 in spring) Internet ($65) & Water (approx. $45).
