Looking for a young professional roommate! I would prefer a female roommate, but open to everyone.

Town home in Cedar Springs area. Great location: 10min from Costco, 10min from Trader Joe’s, 10min to West Town Mall, and 10min to Concord Park!

Private room with personal, but non adjoining full bathroom. 11ft x 11ft room and closet (haven’t measured this yet). Extra attic storage is also available.

$900/month + utilities (water, electric, wifi)

House has been newly painted, newly installed LVP flooring down stairs (where your room would be). Has washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, back porch/deck, and front porch with a porch swing. Trash pick up, lawn care, and one parking space included in rent. Guest parking is available for short term visits.

Would be a sub-lease, open to discussing shorter term, and could furnish the room if desired.

No pets or smoking allowed as per my lease.

Looking for someone that wants to be friendly. We don’t have to be besties or anything, but also not staying in our separate rooms just to avoid one another either.

I am the type of person who loves to have chill days reading, cooking, watching tv, etc and other days I like having people over for dinner parties or the occasional night out. I would love to find a gym buddy too, but that would just be a plus.

Must be someone who is kind and excepting towards others. I do not tolerate any sort of racism, homophobia, classism, etc.

No smoking or vaping if any kind.
