You’ll have your own private bedroom, bathroom, and living room with attached dining room and kitchen. It’s basically your own apartment except we share an entrance. Shared laundry facilities are on your floor. Your spaces are recently renovated. You have direct access to the large, fenced back yard that we don’t use very often. All utilities are included, including blazing-fast internet! We are within walking distance of a Safeway and the Redondo Heights Park & Ride, and less than a 5-minute drive from Redondo Beach. Highline College is about 6 minutes away, and it’s only 15 minutes to SeaTac Airport (also good bus access). Several area medical centers are close by (West Hill, Franciscan, Kaiser Permanente, Virginia Mason, Pacific, etc.). Great access to I-5 and highway 99. This is an excellent location for anyone working in Seattle, Tacoma, or the Kent Valley. Occupancy limited to 1-2 people. Sorry, no animals allowed.
